Best custom mini I own
Got this for my D&D character. Its way better than Heroforge. The resin is high quality and takes paint well if you want to touch it up.
Disappointed with the likeness
I sent 5 photos and the result looks nothing like me. The eyes are blue, mine are brown. Customer service hasn't replied yet.

The detail on the tactical gear is insane. They even got the tiny logo on my shirt right.

Good quality, weird proportions
The figure is cool, but the head is slightly too big for the body. It looks a bit like a bobblehead, which wasn't what I ordered.
